Probably the most important thing you can do to insure a good trip is to plan. Research the things that are available to do or see and pick your priorities. Make a plan so as to visit attractions that are close together on the same day. Unter Den Linden and Check Point Charlie can be done together, Check Point Charlie and the Jewish Museum are close.
